Exchange and return for the online store

The item is allowed to be returned within 10 days from the date the customer receives the order

If our products are not suitable for you and you wish to exchange or return, you can follow the following steps:-

Send a return request to the email: (customers@7urr.com) or send a message from the (Contact Us) page shown on the site within (3) days from the date you receive the order you want to return, indicating the order number or invoice number, the amount, and a statement of the reason. Return or exchange.

 

You can also exchange or return it at one of our branches spread throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the necessary conditions for return, provided that the price of the item is refunded through the payment method with which the purchase was made or a bank transfer from our National Bank account to your personal account.

 

Return to our main branch in Riyadh through the shipping company.

 

Ensure that the conditions for return or exchange are met and stated as follows:
Make sure that the item remains in its original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it
When you receive the returned order in our warehouses and make sure that the item you wish to return is not damaged and matches the description and condition in which it was sent, you will receive only the money you paid as the price of the item.

In the event that you are unable to retrieve the request within the specified period due to circumstances beyond your control, a request will be submitted to the Complaints Department to process your request.
