Delivery Service

Dear customer, we provide delivery service to all regions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to your doorstep.

We apologize to you that there are some areas outside the scope of delivery that we cannot deliver to directly, so delivery service to your home is not available.

Shipping and delivery service outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Yes, we have an international shipping service to all Arab countries. Knowing that if the delivery address is outside the scope or outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we will have to ask the customer to receive the order from the shipping company.

Delivery Charge :

The delivery fee is 27 Saudi riyals if you choose to pay (Visa Card – Master Card – Bank Transfer) for each invoice recorded within the invoice.

If you choose to pay (cash on delivery) then you will have to pay an amount of 20 SAR in addition to the shipping fees, given that providing the cash on delivery service to our customers entails an additional cost from the shipping company.

We would like to inform you that no additional fees are required when choosing to pay via credit card or bank transfer.

If the customer does not respond to the carrier company’s representatives to receive his order and it is returned to the company and then requests re-sending, the order is paid via either bank transfer or Visa and the payment upon delivery feature is canceled and he bears the shipping fees again.

How long does it take for my order to reach me?

The process of verifying payment, shipping and delivery takes 3-5 in major cities and 5-9 working days for other cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, while externally it takes 10-15 working days.

I no longer want to receive the order, what should I do?

You can cancel your order at any time before it ships from our warehouse, but once you receive notification that your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. After cancellation, the amount will be added to your Opera Fashion balance. To cancel, please follow these steps:

Contact us through the customer service team  on e-mail (customers@7urr.com)  or by sending a message on the Contact Us page, mentioning the order number, the customer’s name, mobile number, and the reasons for cancellation. The request will be reviewed and cancelled.
